🦧 How To Connect Bluetooth To Skoda Octavia

I also had problems with the Bluetooth phone system as it wouldn't scroll the phone book. Eventually I couldn't connect the phone at all. Very recently my mobile phone had a operating system update, I have a Motorola G4 and uploaded the Nougat upgrade. I tried to connect the phone to the Amundsen and low and behold it worked perfectly.

To fix this issue, you can try turning off Bluetooth on your iPhone and then connect the USB data cable. Delete Octavia from your iPhone. If you are having trouble getting Apple CarPlay to work, one troubleshooting step you can try is deleting the existing connection profile of your Octavia from your iPhone and then reconnecting the USB cable.

Škoda Octavia. Skoda Octavia Mk II (2004 - 2013) Mk2 FL Bluetooth. Hi all After much searching, I can’t seem to find a definitive answer…. I have a 2010 FL vRS CR170 DSG with Bolero entertainment system and Maxidot. The Bluetooth module (5N0 035 730 fitted under the drivers seat works, but the 2010 system doesn’t like my 2020 iPhone.

Check your connection to your CarPlay stereo: If you have a wired connection, try connecting again with a different USB cable to a different USB port if you have one. If you have a wireless connection, make sure Bluetooth is turned on under Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone. Then go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and make sure Wi-Fi is also turned on.

I'm fairly sure the rns315 you had to spec if you wanted Bluetooth, it may not of had the option fitted from the factory. The Bluetooth module in Octavia's is under one of the front seats so you can check to see if one is installed.

Only issues experienced by me is that the bluetooth in the MFD (via the separate bluetooth module) was fighting against the bluetooth in the RCD330 to connect to the phone and causing confusion. I've tried my best to code out the bluetooth module but it's not having it, so I've just removed all the paired devices for now and things seem to be OK.

When connecting via cable I get prompted and my phone says "android Connected" however my car says "sorry cannot connect". Previous S10+ phone worked perfectly.

When infotainment freeze/loading, its always related to usb-charge, bluetooth or sd card. When disconnecting, it instantly responds and act as expected.
