So I was using my Bluetooth headset normally and suddenly it disconnected from my PC, then I went to Bluetooth settings to see if something happened and the turn on-off option wasn't available. After trying the Bluetooth troubleshooting, which said my PC does not support/have Bluetooth, I went to google to find some solutions.
Hit the Start button at the bottom left and search for the ‘Device Manager’, open it up and find your USB Dongle.
