Hello, Did anyone figure out a way to play Far Cry 5 in coop through xcloud? Me and my friend both have the game running in xcloud. Unfortunetly when anyone of us send invite to the other one nothing happens. Or to be exact the other one recieves the invite but is then prmpted to install the game. I was thinking that i could connect to him

We simply can't play co-op and it's very disappointing. We've tried restarting the game multiple times and other things. Is there any solution? Edit: this is happening on PC. Thanks in advance! 1.

Yes, co-op still works. You just need to be friends with your co-op buddy on Uplay, and it will work fine. Note: Both of you need to have completed the "Dutch's Island" tutorial section at the beginning before you can co-op together. Oh i see, i guess that settles it then thx for the info :) #2.

Most of the time, this bug can be resolved by simply restarting the game. After doing this, try to start or join a co-op session and it should ideally work. Another workaround that players are suggesting is to leave the co-op session you are in currently and join it again. But, restarting the game is bound to solve your problem.

The fix that worked for me is the following: First of all you need to find your steam foler which is located in C/: Program Files (x86) And then you find your steam folder, go to Steamapps>Common>Farcry3>Support>Punkbuster and then run the setup, this will update the punkbuster files for far cry 3. In game options, please set your group to 'open to friends'. Changing privacy settings to public allows friends to join directly from the overlay.

Co-op problems in Far Cry 5. Me and my friend just bought far cry 5 because it was really cheap. The game is great, but when we play missions on co-op, I won't unlock any of the vehicles. For example we did the Death Wish mission yesterday and he unlocked the car but I didn't. It's important to mention that we are playing on his world.
